ITS-100VD3pro 100 kW Modular Commercial Heat Pump System
The ITS-100VD3pro is configured as two ITS-50VD3pro 50 kW commercial heat-pump modules installed side by side. This modular approach provides a total rated heating capacity of 100 kW while preserving the serviceability and redundancy benefits of separate 50 kW units.
ITS itself uses this modular design principle for its 100 kW commercial hot-water solution, explaining that multiple 50 kW units can be positioned next to one another for systems requiring more than 50 kW of thermal energy. A modular layout can be easier to move into plant rooms and provides useful redundancy if one module needs to be removed for maintenance.
100 kW Total Heating Capacity
Each ITS-50VD3pro module is rated at 50 kW, giving the paired system a combined rated heating capacity of 100 kW. With each module listed at 10.1 kW typical input power, the two-module system has a combined typical input of approximately 20.2 kW.
High Hot-Water Production
Each PRO module is listed at approximately 1,031 litres per hour of hot-water production under the applicable test conditions. Two modules therefore provide a combined nominal production figure of approximately 2,062 litres per hour, subject to system design, ambient conditions, inlet-water temperature and required outlet temperature.
Three-Phase Modular Commercial Design
Each module uses a 380-415 V / 3N / 50 Hz supply. Because this is a two-module system, commercial electrical design should account for the supply and protection requirements of both units rather than treating the installation as one single electrical appliance.
Vertical Air Discharge
Each ITS-50VD3pro uses a vertical-discharge dual-fan arrangement. Correct placement must maintain the manufacturer’s required service and airflow clearances around each module and prevent recirculation of discharged air between units.
GSM / Mobile-Network DTU Remote Monitoring
The PRO modules use DTU remote-monitoring functionality through a mobile network. This provides app-based monitoring and is particularly useful for larger commercial systems where remote operational visibility is beneficial.
Redundancy Advantage
A major benefit of the 2 × 50 kW design is redundancy. If one module is unavailable for maintenance or repair, the second module can continue operating at reduced total system capacity. This is often preferable to a single large heat pump where one fault could remove all heat-pump capacity.

Commercial System Design
This is a large commercial hot-water system and should be engineered rather than treated as a simple appliance swap. System design should address electrical supply, hydraulic balancing, circulation, storage capacity, water flow, pipe sizing, isolation, controls, service clearances, condensate drainage, structural support and staged operation of the two modules.
Important Model Note
ITS currently publishes its official 100 kW commercial system as 2 × 50 kW modules. A separate current manufacturer datasheet specifically titled ITS-100VD3pro was not located. This product record therefore uses verified ITS modular-system information together with exact ITS-50VD3pro module specifications. Only values that genuinely add together have been doubled.
