ITS-22HD3 22 kW Three-Phase Commercial Heat Pump
The ITS-22HD3 is a high-capacity three-phase air-to-water heat pump designed for commercial and industrial hot-water applications. It combines 22 kW rated heating capacity, a robust metal casing, horizontal air discharge and built-in Wi-Fi control for larger-volume water-heating systems.
The system uses a refrigeration cycle to extract thermal energy from ambient air and transfer it into the hot-water circuit. This enables the heat pump to provide significantly more useful heating energy than direct electrical resistance heating under appropriate operating conditions.
22 kW Heating Capacity

The ITS-22HD3 operates from a 380 V / 3 Phase / 50 Hz electrical supply. This model is intended for installations where domestic-size heat pumps cannot provide sufficient recovery capacity. Commercial Applications
The ITS-22HD3 is suited to high-demand hot-water applications such as guest houses, lodges, apartment buildings, commercial kitchens, hospitality facilities, ablution blocks, agricultural installations and other sites requiring substantially greater recovery capacity than conventional residential heat pumps.
Horizontal Air Discharge and Installation Space
The horizontal-discharge configuration requires adequate free airflow around the heat pump. Positioning must prevent recirculation of cold discharge air and should allow sufficient service access. Final location should also consider operating noise, drainage, pipe routes and structural support for the approximately 149 kg unit.
Installation and System Design
This is a commercial-capacity three-phase heat pump and should be professionally sized and installed. System design should consider storage volume, peak hot-water demand, recovery time, water flow, pipe sizing, circulation, electrical supply and protection, water pressure and integration with the existing hot-water system.
