ITS-7.6HD 7.6 kW Domestic Heat Pump
The ITS-7.6HD is a high-capacity residential air-to-water heat pump designed for larger domestic hot-water systems. It combines a robust metal casing, an internal bronze circulation pump, R410A refrigerant and current-generation built-in Wi-Fi control.
The heat pump uses a refrigeration cycle to extract thermal energy from the surrounding air and transfer that energy into the water circuit. By moving heat rather than producing all heat directly through an electrical resistance element, the system can provide significantly more useful heating energy than the electrical energy it consumes under suitable operating conditions.
7.6 kW Heating Capacity
The ITS manufacturer brochure lists a rated heating capacity of 7.6 kW with rated electrical input of 1.81 kW. The published COP is 4.2 under the stated test conditions. Actual efficiency will depend on ambient temperature, incoming water temperature, required outlet temperature, household usage and installation conditions.
