ITS-150VD3pro 150 kW Modular Commercial Heat Pump System
The ITS-150VD3pro is configured as three ITS-50VD3pro 50 kW commercial heat-pump modules installed side by side. This modular configuration provides a total rated heating capacity of 150 kW while retaining the handling, serviceability and redundancy advantages of separate 50 kW units.
ITS officially publishes its current 150 kW commercial heat-pump solution as a 3 × 50 kW modular system. The manufacturer specifically promotes this approach because individual 50 kW units are easier to transport and position, while multiple units provide redundancy if one heat pump needs to be removed from service.
150 kW Total Heating Capacity
Each ITS-50VD3pro module is rated at 50 kW, giving the three-module system a combined rated heating capacity of 150 kW. With each module listed at 10.1 kW typical input, the three-module system has a combined typical input of approximately 30.3 kW.
High Hot-Water Production
Each PRO module is listed at approximately 1,031 litres per hour of hot-water production under the applicable test conditions. Three modules therefore provide a combined nominal production figure of approximately 3,093 litres per hour, subject to ambient conditions, inlet-water temperature, system design and required outlet temperature.
Three-Phase Modular Commercial Design
Each module uses a 380-415 V / 3N / 50 Hz supply. Because this is a three-module system, the commercial electrical design must account for the supply, isolation and protection requirements of all three heat pumps rather than treating the installation as one electrical appliance.
Vertical Air Discharge
Each ITS-50VD3pro uses a vertical-discharge dual-fan arrangement. The installation must preserve the manufacturer’s airflow and service clearances around each unit and prevent recirculation of discharged air between the three modules.
GSM / Mobile-Network DTU Remote Monitoring
The PRO modules use DTU remote-monitoring functionality over a mobile network. This provides remote operational visibility and app-based monitoring, which can be particularly valuable on large commercial hot-water systems.
Redundancy and Serviceability
The three-module arrangement provides strong redundancy. If one 50 kW unit is unavailable for servicing, the other two modules can continue operating with approximately 100 kW of remaining rated heating capacity. This can significantly reduce the operational impact of maintenance compared with a single 150 kW chassis.

Commercial System Design
This is a large commercial hot-water system and should be professionally engineered. System design should address storage capacity, peak hot-water demand, circulation, staging, hydraulic balancing, electrical supply, water flow, pipe sizing, isolation, controls, service clearances, condensate drainage, structural support and maintenance access.
Important Model Note
ITS currently publishes its official 150 kW commercial system as 3 × 50 kW modules. A separate current manufacturer datasheet specifically titled ITS-150VD3pro was not located. This product record therefore uses the official ITS modular-system information together with exact ITS-50VD3pro module specifications. Only values that genuinely add together have been totalled.
